These terms apply to every order placed on 5gtch.com with 5G for Information Technology (“5G for IT”, “we”), Gulf Commercial Center, 3rd Floor, Office 305, Al Olaya, Riyadh 12214, Saudi Arabia. Commercial Registration No.: 1010164082. VAT No.: 300035663100003. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Products
We sell original products from Avaya, Cisco, Fortinet, APC by Schneider Electric, Huawei and HPE Aruba, with the manufacturer’s warranty. Photos are for illustration; the exact model, part number and specifications in the quotation or order confirmation apply.
2. Prices and VAT
Prices are in Saudi riyals (SAR) and exclude 15% VAT, which is added at checkout and shown on your invoice. Products marked “request a quote” are priced in a written quotation. Prices may change without notice; the price confirmed in your order or quotation is the price you pay.
3. Orders and payment
Your order is confirmed when we send you an order confirmation and receive payment. We accept direct bank transfer and cheque. We may cancel an order and refund any payment if a product is unavailable or a price was shown in error; we will tell you before doing so.
4. Delivery
We deliver across Saudi Arabia. The expected delivery date is confirmed with your order. If delivery is delayed by more than 15 days beyond the agreed date for reasons within our control, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
5. Returns and cancellation
You may return a product within 7 days of receiving it, if it is unused, in its original packaging and with the invoice. Software licences, subscriptions and security services that have been activated or registered, and products configured or ordered specially for you, cannot be returned unless they are defective. 6. Warranty
Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty under the manufacturer’s terms. If a product is defective or does not match its description, contact us at info@5gtch.com and we will repair, replace or refund it in line with the warranty and Saudi law. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, power surges, unauthorised repairs or normal wear.
7. Installation and services
Installation, configuration and support services are provided as described in the quotation. Delays caused by site readiness, access or third parties are not our responsibility.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of data, profit or business interruption.
9. Privacy
We use your personal data only to process your order, deliver products, provide support and, if you agree, send you our newsletter. We do not sell your data. You can ask us to correct or delete your data by emailing info@5gtch.com.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law. Disputes are handled by the competent authorities in Riyadh.
